What's the point?
|
|
To write something and have it displayed anonymously for thousands of people to read. Do you want to share a funny thought you just had? Maybe you were sworn to keep a secret but need to tell someone? It can be anything really.

Is it really Anonymous?
|
|
Yes - the only information stored on our servers are the Liberations, Communications, Questions, and Searches along with the date they was entered. IP Addresses are not tracked, no cookies are used, and no personal information is gathered or required for you to use this site.

What is appropriate to Liberate?
|
Liberations are approved periodically everyday, and pretty much anything can be written as long as it follows some pretty simple rules:
» Should actually be anonymous and liberating
» Cannot reply to previous Liberations
» Should not contain a signature
» Any website/email/mailing addreses, people's full names will be edited
As for the photos:
» Should be taken by you (ie. not copyrighted)
» Any distinguishable faces, nudity, or inappropriate items will be edited
And audio:
» Should be recorded by you (ie. not some mp3 you downloaded from iTunes)
» Any full names or email/mailing addresses referenced will be edited
It should be noted that by posting on this site, you give full permission for us to use/redistribute/publish/modify any written, audio or visual content submitted.

What Questions can I ask Goda and Prizefighter?
|
If you have something that you'd like to ask anonymously - that you can't otherwise talk to your friends or family about - then Ask Goda or Prizefighter. Of course it should follow some very simple rules:
» Should actually be a question
» Keep it anonymous
Goda and Prizefighter are in no way licensed medical professionals or counsellors of any kind. Their advice and this section are for entertainment purposes only.

What about Communications?
|
Have something you want to write in response to a Liberation, Question, or anything else to do with the site? Well, the Communications section is "unmoderated", which means what you post will show up instantly. There aren't many rules for this section, though there are a couple things you should keep in mind:
» Cannot by bullying/intimidating to other users or the staff
» Don't bother trying to impersonate Matt, Goda, or Prizefighter's signatures - it won't work
This section now tracks the IP Address of who submits each Communication to crack down on abuse. Even though this section is "unmoderated", we still retain the right to remove posts that we deem inappropriate.
